At 135 meters (405 feet) above the ground, it is the world's highest observation wheel and on a clear day you can see for 25 miles - that's as far as Windsor Castle in the west.  The "flight" lasts about 30 minutes and is so smooth and unhurried that people forget they are even moving.  It was built for the Millennium celebration.
